Return & Refund Policy

At Riches & Play, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with tags attached (if applicable)

  • in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Made-to-Order Items

Because many Riches & Play products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at satisfaction@richesandplay.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
