Our return policy is simple. Any product that is defective, can be returned. The product has to be in new condition, not used. Client will have 15 days from the day their package is delivered. Once your order arrives, check your inbox for an email from customer@trackorder.site. You can submit feedback or report an issue to customer support.

Christmas orders that are made from November 21 till December 10, will have 30 days for a return, due to Christmas.
